Help!

I don't do this sort of thing very often, and I'm getting really stuck. One of my pupils wants to upload a video for a competition entry. We managed to record it this morning on my Flip camera. Video successfully downloaded to computer. Now I need to export it... I've tried emailing it directly from the Flip programme, and exporting it to another location on my computer. Neither seems to work - it keeps coming up with error messages saying something is wrong with the video encoding - any ideas what I can try next, please?

Getting very fed up.... brick through computer screen seems like a sensible option right now!

Couple of ideas -

Open the video into Quicktime then export it into a format of choice. It's an Apple forum but the principle should work.

Thanks very much!

I've just had another go, and I think it's worked....

I'm going to leave it to the student to do the rest!
