I did a forum search as I'm sure it was here I heard about the Warchal strings trial option, but it came back with nothing. Odd. So has anyone tried the Warchal viola strings, or perhaps the violin versions that match with the viola range (only 2 choices for violas). I cheapskated and ordered the Karneol, which seem as if they are about equivalent to the Dominants, though much cheaper. I get one more trial set and am considering maybe getting a set of the Brilliants but wondered if anyone had any comments on them. Stringzone actually sells both sets for less than a Dominant set even at full price. The trial set of Brilliants is about ?38 just now and they have good reviews on Stringzone. The Karneols are not reviewed at all.
