Can anyone give me any help as to what a "C7sus4" is???
C,F,G,Bb (I think)
C7 is C, E, G, Bb.
The sus4 moves the 3rd (E) up to F, so it is suspended up there, wanting to fall back to the 3rd.
so C7sus4 (or C7sus for short) is indeed C, F, G, Bb.
