Back at home after two months in hospital - fell off a horse on March 31st and fractured my pelvis in four places and fractured two vertebrea and have been out today on my own for the first time - life without Josh is even harder and now I'm all broken inside - lots of hugs needed

I totally agree with this. I personally find being quiet and just surrounded by the sounds of nature a great balm - I hope you do too.
