Hello again to you all, I can't beleive I've found this forum. I registered 2 days ago and found the information I've taken from it most interesting...Thankyou all!

Is anyone out there aware of any really good aides that will help me with my playing/bowing techniques. I think a DVD format would suit me personally, however if you have used a different format, book, for instance and can recomend it, I will be pleased to hear about it. I've already found that there is alot of rubbish out there, to my cost, and would be very greatful for your veiws.

Honestly I think the best aid would be to get a teacher.

Other than that you could do worse than study the masters so a DVD of some of the greatest players would be a good investment such as "the art of the violin"
