Ok although i do need to stop alot though .. i can do it if i loook at the book or if it is opened infront of me .. But i can't when i don't have the book there.. because my teacher says that shes going to try it without the book now.

I don't know if this is any help, (and I seem to usually make up my fingering as I go along with most scales), I find it helpful to think 'always have 4th finger on the B on the way up/down in the right hand' and after practising like that for a while it just comes naturally. Have you tried anything like that?

Try this for C# minor in contrary motion, it works for my students!
Make sure you can play both hands of the scale separately 2 octaves without any mistakes. Look at the 4th finger notes in each hand - RH - D# and LH F#.
Then start slowly with 5 notes and practice them over and over until you can play it perfectly. Then add on one note at a time making sure the fingering is correct and you can play it without hesitation/mistake. Good luck!!

You said you could still do an octave, so keep doing 1 octave until it really sticks to your mind then start very slowly at 2 octaves. VERY SLOWLY, I mean keep looking at your fingers. Keep something in mind, like "this note must be pressed only by my 4th finger", etc.
Oh yes, if you keep failing no matter what, then stop and start practicing again the next day. Recent research say that sleep can help skills like piano playing, and I agree! Once I just COULDN'T play D major in 6ths. But the next day it was completely easy at the first try. Amazing.

Oh my goodness, flashback to a previous exam where I had to play C# minor in contrary motion. First of all I misheard it and thought myself lucky to be playing C minor, then played C# minor in a mode of panic and got it completely wrong.
Oh the horror.
