The most popular star signs for musicians seem to be libra and capricorn at the moment (according to this poll) - I'm a libra by the way. This is a good poll as it would be interesting to see if your star sign has anything to do with how musical you are. I suppose one of the qualities your sign needs is patience as you need a lot of that when you are learning a new piece or practising your scales etc!

Gee, the people born at the end of the year seem to be winning... I'm Sagitarius too... but I've lost count of how many Aquarians there were. Too bad they couldn't fit into the poll box.

I went to a conference for "Women in Science" several years ago. One of the speakers stood up and asked the audience (of a couple of hundred people) if they knew their star sign. Most people put their hands up. Then she asked how many people knew their blood type...


Flanders and Swann put it very nicely in a song, the words of which I can't remember verbatim, but was something along the lines of can you really imagine that something as awesome as the planet Jupiter, flying through the voids of space at ridiculous speed, really cares if this year is your year for romance?


(and yes, I do know my blood type... )
