just did my grade 8 piano today!

hope the examiner's nice.. *gulps*

anyone else done an exam recently?

Did gr 6 piano 1st March, gr 5 flute on 7th March. 2 different examiners -one very pleasant, the other a bit unnerving. Has anyone else done 2 exams very close together with different examiners?- it gives a very direct comparison between different "types" of examiner which has never happened to me before.

I did my grade 8 piano the end of feb. my examiner was nice and i got a merit yay!
I have my grade 5 flute soon as well. Hopefully the examiner will be as generous. I agree that examiners can vary alot.

No but im doin one tomorrow and one on Saturday

I did my grade 8 piano the 2nd March and have just received my results today! Got 114! I'm over the moon! I was expecting more near 100! It is true that you are your worst critic!
