I'm replying from the UK,but I imagine the process will be the same.
Ask your teacher to contact the ABRSM and ask to rearrange your exam date. But your teacher should know that?

I'm from Africa, and my exam was to be the 23 may this year...the same day as my school maths exam....but my teacher just phoned the ABRSM representative (?) lady who was organizing the exam dates, etc and we got it changed very simply and with no problem!
