Dose any one know if you get marked down if you don't have a contrast in peicse

I'm not sure if you get marked down, but it is much more interesting for the examiner to have a contrast. If the examiner enjoys your pieces then you'll get a good mark.
So yes, good idea to have contrast.

No, you don't, all of the pieces are marked separately; although it will do your playing some good to get some variety.
