I recently have become interested in finding interesting words that are not well known. I have found pesquipidalian which means one and a half feet in length. I am not positive about the spelling but it is something like that. Icosahedron is another on that means twenty sided. Another fun on is shwah which is that upside down e thing that is used for pronunciation. that is not to rare but I find it fun to say. I also like limicolous which means growing or thriving in mud. A relative of that is cilicicolous. that means growing or thriving in sandy soil. I would love to hear more interesting words so if you know any please write. Also if you are interested in finding out more words look up the word of the day on google and there is a site there that is really cool.

p.s how about idiosynchrosy (not sure about the spelling) its anthoer word for a habit

If the words aren't well known, whats the point of using them - nobody will understand them or need to use them on a music forum.
