Last term I asked if people would mind posting when they got their exam dates, ideally giving the date of the notification as well as the date of the exam. I'm an accompanist who gets asked to accompany at several different centres, and it's really helpful to get a feel for how much notice is being given. I know which weeks most but not all the teachers have asked for, but I know there's no guarantee that they will get them! (I'm in England.) I've also been asked to accompany two daytime performances by a singing group during the exam period but the exams have priority. It can all get quite tricky!
