Hi Liversidge,

Welcome to the forums.

A good website to start your search for a music teacher is the Incorporated Society of Musicians - http://www.ism.org/ The ISM provides a register of private, professional music teachers throughout the UK.

Another website which may be of use is http://www.musicteachers.co.uk.

Also, you might want to try the noticeboards of any local music shops, newsagents or libraries in your area. Staff at the local music shops should be able to point you in the right direction.

Then, of course, there's always the trusty Yellow Pages - or why not ask your nearest Associated Board local representative. You can find their details on the UK Country pages

Best regards
