How ironic. The essay I have found the hardest to write, I end up writing the most words for. Though it is probably waffle.

Well done on your broadcasting success

I got interviewed once by a local radio station on a rather unusual and potentially embarrassing topic and all I kept thinking was "thank god my mother doesn't live near here, and hence is unlikely to ever hear this".

I'm playing for a dance / ball tonight, and apparently someone from Strictly Come Dancing is going to be there, leading / demonstrating the dances....unfortunately our band leader had never watched the show, so he couldn't remember who it was.....

Thanks I feel really good about it. I've found closure on a really nasty part of my life (just got to talk to Mum about what I did and why now) and may have done some good as a result. If it gets to telly, which it might, then I know how to handle myself to insure complete confidentiality and child protection issues are dealt with. After all what am I trying to do here. Protect children and support absent parents.
