Good Morning. I'm in and out after the tea. Thanks. Got loads to do and a little one at home from school with a tummy upset. She's better today, but it isn't 48 hours since the last huey, so at home she stays

Hi Saxfan
I thought I'd take a rest for a bit. Any chance of a hot honey and lime juice?
Next job audio editing a whole load of nursery rhymes ready for my nieces Christmas pressie, before recording some stuff with piano and trying to master 'Favourite Things' for their Piece de Resistance.

I'm dipping in and out DC I'm editing some nursery rhymes I've recorded for my nieces. I might have a bad chest, but I still can sing nursery rhymes.
Mind you it really comes to it when your editing away and you come across what you think are your two best performances ever. You've left grades years ago and are well on your diploma route and your finest two performances are "three blind mice" and "mary, mary quite contrary"
Tea, me dear?

Hope you're better soon.
John is still very poorly. He is waiting to start his chemo, but can't all the time he still has a cough (though the bronchitis is now clear). Thanks for asking. x
**Here's me whingeing about a cough when John is trying to put a brave face on things....**

That's what I was beginning to think.
True I'm asthmatic so have got to be a bit more careful, but I'm not waiting to start Chemo.
Even so some of the lung function tests in the early morning have been pretty horrendous. I'm Ok once I'm upright as long as I sit with a straight back and stay in the warm.
DC the number of times you must have said hope your better soon since October its been totally unremitting.

so f# minor you enjoyed me waxing lyrically about the Cambridgeshire weather as I gazed out of Hubby's study window?
The view I will get of mine will be of the back garden so will look best in summer when the butterflies visit the buddliea bush.

I did indeed Jod
I have planted lots of primroses in our garden so Im hoping they will make a good show when they come out. I cant put crocuses in because the squirrels dig them all up and eat them ! And of course there are lots of daffs.

I've not been able to do my normal Autumn tidy up, (illness and building work) and can't do anything until spring due to new turf. However come February I'll be out there with the secateurs tidying everything up.

Thank you flossy, you kind thing.
I wand to go Aargh, and I know I'm in the wrong place, but when's this going to end. I feel I'm boring you lot, and its not much fun for me either. If I tried to scream I'd only end up coughing then my ribs would hurt even more. <bursts into tears>

remember even though I'm feeling rotten I can still be poetic
Have a good drive back.
I've to brave it out into the cold for a doctor's appointment at 5pm. Now that this thing looks like has turned into a chest infection I've got to see someone about it. I am not looking forward to the journey. Much as it looks very pretty like this, its not the best conditions for someone with a chest infection to walk half a mile in.

flossy's already made me a hot drink DC but thanks for the offer
Oh and Flossy yes I am worried about the journey. I'm sitting at home in a warm house coughing away with really sore ribs, and am about to go out in cold air - my nemesis at times like this.
Sure I'll be a good girl and have a scarf wooly hat and gloves on, and I'll carry my ventolin, however I feel that I'm likely to stagger through the door in a heck of a state. Then I've a trip to the Pharmacy to do and the return journey. It's making me really quite anxious,
