I've missed one, I know - remind me someone, please?
DSc - Doctor of Science. Makes a PhD look like a piece of piddle. It requires a long, successful research career resulting in a vast tome of publications that can collated and submitted for consideration.
DLitt - Doctor of Letters. Like a DSc, but for fields other than science.
DMus - Doctor of Music. Like a DSc, but only for music.
Then there are some 'vocational' doctorates. These represent three years of postgraduate training in a subject, but unlike a PhD there's a lesser emphasis on research and more on application, so PhDs are still the gold standard for postgraduate training:
DClinPsy - Doctor of Clinical Psychology
DBA - Doctor of Business Administration
DEd - Doctor of Education
DMus - Doctor of Music. Confusingly enough, on both lists - can also be a vocational doctorate depending on country/institution

.
EngD - Doctor of Engineering (actually fairly close to a PhD in terms of research content).

YAP's just proved though that not all males are like that.
Yep, I'm very much equipped with both a Y chromosome and the ability to use the word period without going bright red

.
Seems like ### ed in schools should cover this sort of stuff, rather than just having the Tampax lady in to say 'yep, you're going to bleed every month, have some of these' and that being the end of it. I don't recall any mention of hot water bottles, light exercise or ibuprofen, and these are really things people should know about. Especially men, so that they have any idea what is going on

.
Edit: ### ed? Obviously the forum software is uneducated
