Good evening all,
Anyone else seen the "closing down" thread on the teachers forum ... a big argument about someone wanting to close his account down ... It's all a bit "O.T.T"

Morning Batty, yes, it is a little nippy. I have to take water to the ponies in a large dust bin eacm morning as the hose pipe keeps freezing however well I try to empty it.
How is clari today? I had a recorder once that hated cold weather. She was so inflexible; not flat, just unhappy. She went to live in Italy eventually.

My clari is surprisingly OK with the cold. It's a pretty bidable thing, really.

Just heard on the radio that Britain last night was colder than parts of the Antarctic...

I started yesterday. I moved my teaching stuff to the small kitchen at my studio as it warms up so well in this freezing weather. It was very cosy yeaterday and I had a hot drink part way through too.
I am off to nag Bradford about the mew baby now. Enjoy the rest of the toast.

I'm Ok thank you. I went to our local book shop to collect some music, and the lady serving in there today is our local exam rep. She said she has me in mind for some accompanying "soon"!
How are you?
Yes, it's freezing and foggy here, Ratty!

I'm ok thank you. Going into Inverness to pick my Nan up soon.
Ooh, that sounds promising! I can vouch for you being an excellent accompanist!

Glad you've thawed a bit Ratty, it is still very cold here.

That's good Daisy. Are you a nice, calming influence on candidates?
How was the arm waving by the way? Did you shout at the orchestra at all?
I had a mad relative who lived near Inverness once but she moved.

Only on those that don't run out of the exam room!

I waved my "arw" around like the fella in my profile pic!! Though hopefully I didn't look quite so mad as he does! No, didn't need to shout!

Where did she move to??
