Not bad - we were missing a few hors de combat.... We ran through about 2/3 of the choruses and we felt the benefit at he rehearsal this evening - we did have a hiccup in one where the basses provde the 7th of a diminished 7th chord - we didn't so it wasn't (diminished that is!)

Worn out! I have a couple of choir members coming round for dinner, so I've been slaving oveer a hot stove

Offset by having to go into the office this morning when we agreed I'd work from home (it's an hour's drive - 35 miles each way). That change was at 5pm last night

Table's laid, main course is ready for oven, salad dressing made, starter just needs throwing together..... in about half an hour... I think a

Fantastic Barry, well done. And I'm just getting back into it all after quite a long break...3 years :S
Bringing the piano up from home in a couple of weeks. It's only an electric, but 2nd floor flats and my meagre budget can't deal with a proper upright. And I'll be looking at getting some lessons too. And perhaps some exams...

You should be, I'm still delighted about my DIP 8 months on!!
We've been messing around today, recording a little bit of folk - me on fiddle and piano bass, daughter on whistle, son on shaky egg and DH on bohdran. We've done it via video and one track at a time - it's been a right laugh! Not perfect by any means but that doesn't matter....
