Thanks, uberzoldat, that's really done the trick. I feel a lot more normal now - but I seem to have unaccountably just won another alto clarinet on eBay - and I said at the beginning of this year that I wouldn't buy any more clarinets! The port drip-feed must have been just a little too strong - but I did enjoy it!

I am so annoyed at myself, I have hardly done any revision today *sighs*
im sooooo annoyed at that girl kath.....i just posted angrily in her thread......i bet shes done less practise in her 3 weeks of violin than most of us do in a week......that thread reaalyy wound me up
I think that's the point of the thread. People like that post randomly to stir up people's emotions on a themed forum. I read that a lot on another forum as well. Don't let it upset you, it's what they want.
im just getting stressed because i have to get really really busy on two very difficult pieces, and scales, and improve my quick studying etc. and its really annoying when your trying to make yourself bettter, like we all are, and some snob like that comes along.
