Mango in a bad mood when I went downstairs. So I had to feed the cats too. Now got a pitta bread and trying to think nice thoughts.
Noodle - have you got anything smooth at all? You could blend a fruit smoothie or something if you don't have soup.

sorry to rant, but from seeing the kids this afternoon i've realised how sad and depressed our culture is...there were kids there who couldnt walk, sit up without the help of braces, talk properly or easily, hear properly, see properly...but i dont think i've ever seen a bunch of people so happy! they were just incredible! i feel very honoured to have been with them...

erm their music group played us some songs, then we played some songs for them, then we were going around and showing them our instruments! it was just brilliant being with them! and there was one little girl who had a go on my flute but she couldnt quite understand that you blow across it rather than down into it - we had a go at trying to get it to work, but i just couldn't explain it to her, which was a shame

but then she had a go on a guitar and that worked so she was very happy then!

hehe me mum would kill me if she found out i was letting kids on me flute! but for some reason, i just trusted her with it - i think it might be because it was something she'd probably never seen before, she seemed to understand that she had to be careful with it!
