I see I just triple posted..whups...yup forums is weird now...it is randomly logging me off too

If you've attempted to log on and off for a while, it may be that your computer is just trying to catch up with what you told it to do earlier. The forums (at the moment, famous last words!) seem to be running fine now!
Jazz is great fun to play CE! May bring the sax to a future forums concert!

I usually have mine set so that it NEVER makes me log on/off. It just comes on as me when I open up forums...though obviously I'm offline if the windows off...

If you really start getting into jazz piano, you ought to go to your local library/music shop and get hold of some CDs, and also of course have a look around the web. Count Basie and Oscar Peterson are two to get you started.
Have a look at
this to get you started!

oh no oh no oh no!!

I'm in so much trouble! I made little bits of paper with each scale on for practise and it really helped. But I just dropped one down the front of my piano! Took me about 20 mins to count the rest and work out that the one missing as G# minor 6th apart...

Although I dont think having a bit of paper down the piano is actually affecting the playing is there any way I can get it out? (without completely breaking the key or electrocuting myself...)

I really would like to watch it, have watched the past series' on and off but really need to get work done so dont have time for any tv apart from OC and random news...

I have good taste in everything dear

But they are so addictive... I was planning on only having a quarter of the bag, but there were loads of cherries left at the bottom so I just had to eat them! And then I found an orange/lemon dummy and it looked so nice!! So I ate that... and then the gummy bears looked all lonely so I ate them too... and then the little crocodiles must have felt left out too, so I ate them too
