Shepherds Pie coming up. My real lunch is still cooking, should be ready in about 15 minutes though, so if I dissapear suddenly then that's where I've gone.
I don't like nightmares... but I've heard that having cammomile tea or a milky drink can help you get to sleep better and you have to be really relaxed half an hour before you go to bed so I could try that!! I've just had my lunch (which was some toast dipped in a hard boiled egg and groovy sweetcorn) so who like exra cheese and tomato pizza ?? And for pudding...how about a groovy triple chocolate and toffee cookie??
