Tried to change my phone contract though, but the people in Orange shop only accept stupid forms of ID
What like?
- Wouldn't accept an Orange phone bill
- Wouldn't accept a utility bill which was more than 3 months ago (even though most bills come online now)
- Wouldn't accept a credit card as identity
What on earth do they expect you to have then?

Passport/Driving license/Utility bill within the past 3 months and that's about all you can have, and you don't really carry any of them with you
