I think it was my left hand little finger that had stopped working.
Heheh, sometimes my fingers type too fast for their own good.

I had my laptop on my knee the other day in I.T and was also using a computer infront of me. I had to type up a page of writing, so i started typing. But when I type I do not look at the screen, and once I had finished I looked up to see that i was typing on my laptop keyboard which was switched off and not the other computer

LOL. My mum used to work for this blind bloke that insisted on typing up reports and letters and so on. He was very good, he could touch type pretty much everything, etc.
Except if he slipped over one key to the left or right - she would have to effectively translate it back into real words! Tough job!

I've just been really busy for the past 5 days and I have a cat who like to play games at 3 in the morning which doesn't help! How are you?
I'm fine thanks. Having one of those "my fingers don't do scales" days on the piano today. I seem to have had a few of those recently - not sure why.

At least you've got it sorted now, so you won't have such a problem in future.

Yes, I'm glad it's all sorted

Maybe now I'll be able to progress rather than being stuck on the same place for a while

Glad you're ok! I've been having problems with sax scales too. For the life of me I can't play F major without a C#, yet I was able to play it perfectly on the day of my grade 1.

Annoying isn't it? Trouble is, I could play them fine a few weeks ago. And then I started thinking about them and they've all gone AWOL. Rather than being right first time now, they seem to develop new mistakes every time I play them.

Ok thanks.
I was reading your thread about GCSE music and I just want to say: my class could be like that at times last year, I didn't get on with the teacher at times (that is an understatement!) and I considered dropping it loads of times but DON'T give up and don't let it stop you loving music.
Any questions you've got, someone on here will answer.

Yep, I won't change it, despite what happened today (and many times in the past). I did consider changing it in January, then changed my mind, but I think I made the right decision.

Hello! Just come back from netball match, where I actually got praised for my netball

Be careful playing netball - I managed to break a finger playing netball at school

On the plus side - no PE for six weeks

; on the minus side, no clarinet for six weeks

. Highlight of my netball career was being part of the team who beat another school 18-0

I broke a nail once.

Not quite the same thing...but anyway. Some violent over-enthusiastic member of the opposition tried to grab the ball from me and I clung on - with my nails. Breaking a finger sounds very painful!
