December's always busy:
This weekend, I'm singing in a concert, and have three services (and I need to finish transposing my music for the Christingle service, including one piece in B major (but I don't play in five sharps - does anyone have a spare bass clarinet in A?)).
A few days later, I'm singing in another concert, then it's my birthday

The following weekend, one pupil has her Grade 7, I may be playing in a concert, and am singing in another.
A few days later, another pupil has his GCSE ensemble assessment, for which I'm playing.
The next weekend, Husband's singing in a concert, and we have Carol Service v1.0
A few days after that, it's my diploma exam - eeep!
The following weekend, it's Carol Service v2.0.
I'm going carol singing on Christmas Eve, then onto Midnight Mass, and then another service at 10.00 on Christmas Day - boy, am I glad someone else is hosting Christmas this year!
In between all of this lot, I have to find time to (i) do some salaried work; (ii) do some teaching; (iii) do some clarinet practice, and rehearse with Accompanist v3.0; (iv) write Christmas cards; (v) do Christmas shopping; (vi) finish refining programme notes; (vii) keep Monsalvat ticking over.
Hmm, is there any of that chocolate going spare? I think I need it!
