OK, thanks, if a little busy. Spent two hours this evening getting settled in on the university's harpsichord - I have a baroque ensemble rehersal tomorrow, so I wanted to make sure I was happy with the continuo parts.

Isn't it strange that when we mention that someone hasn't been here for a couple of weeks or so, they magically come back on the same day! Nicki_flute was asking where Amber was, and then an hour later she came back. Now, violin-ann asked everyone if they've heard from Hulk, then five hours later, he starts posting again!

Hey, guess what? I had a really strange dream last night. I was in a large hall where there was an organ. It looks very complicated to me and I was intrigued! I tried to figure it out by playing on it for a while. But it didn't quite produce the sound I wanted. I began to feel a bit of panic rising in me. Then I suddenly realised the time, turned to VN and said - Oh no, we're late! What will the teacher think!

Then I woke up. How odd. What on earth did I think I was doing, for goodness sake! First of all, I don't take VN to her violin lessons. Stranger still, I don't even play a single instrument, much less an organ which is well known for being hard! I should have been singing...

*phew* Am I glad I woke up just at the right moment...
