Great joke!!!!
Not so funny is the disappearance of my clarinet that was sent in for servicing before my holiday, and my dad just got back to tell me its not there! He was told it would take a week....

I wouldn't be worried, as I have my old one to play, except we can't get hold of the factory. Apparently they are on holiday, but they had it for 10 days before that and I don't know if it even got there

As for celebrating: murder-mystery parties are usually quite fun - you can get some ideas on the internet - and you get the chance to 'ham it up' .....

For my friends 18th I'm making him a cross stitch that I know he will like, and I'm getting it framed. Its a landmark really, and I think he deserves something special. Depends what you think I guess.

I'm ok thanks, just a bit fatigued from being dragged round female clothes shops all afternoon.
Um... *thinks*, er... depends on the specimen.

Are you going for useful or not so useful? I think sometimes you just have to look round and see what looks like a snazzy piece of sentimental novelty.
Of course, material gifts are not always the most perfect solution from one's girlfriend
Have you had any thoughts at all?
