Oct 2 2005, 03:53 PM
I really enjoyed my GCSE history when I did it. We even went to Belgium on a trip around all the old WW1 battlefields and stuff (may sound boring to some people, but it was interesting!)
CrazyDudette22
Oct 2 2005, 03:56 PM
It was really horrible when we did WW2 in english and there was this story about a mum who had 2 daughters and she had to pick one of them to take to the concentration camps with her...

But there are good things in history too:)

Sophie's Choice:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084707/History was great in Year 9, when we were doing about Prohibition we watched the Godfather, when we were doing about the Holocaust we watched Schindler's List! Thinking about it, I wish I'd taken Geography AND History in Year 10. Ho hum...
Edit: Why is is so COLD?! Tried to play clarinet and my fingers just locked in place!
sarah-flute
Oct 2 2005, 04:14 PM
