Yup Nicki needs a lesson in taking Lush Baths
1) make sure there is tankful of very hot water, and that no-one else in the house is going to start running it off to clean cars/ have shower/ do washing. (Best when no-one else is in actually)
2) Run very hot bath so you can only just bear to get in without scalding yourself (this is dangerous and best attempted a bit at a time like gently lowering yourself in), and get large glass and bottle of wine.
3) If using Lush bubbly need to put it in as taps are running for maximum bubble effect, if a bath bomb, after bath has filled.
4) Lower yourself gently in to bath. Notice how your skin goes a deeper shade of pink as you do so.
5) Once in lie down in the bubbles (or fragrance if a bomb), with just head above the water line (you need to breathe) and take deep breaths of aromatic relaxing fragrance repeating to yourself "I am wonderful and incredibly beautiful"
6) reach out for class of wine (or for Nicki Non-alcoholic wine) and take a sip.
7) Now body is used to hot temperature top up bath with more hot, you will be able to bear it hotter once you're in. Notice how your skin goes a deeper shade of red as you do so.
Repeat stages 5, 6 and 7 as often as necessary or until hot water runs out, or bath becomes full to top (I have actually done this and had it run over the side
)8) VERY GENTLY emerge from bath. If you have done this properly it is quite easy to faint at this point
due to extreme temp and use of alcohol.9) Wrap yourself in big fluffy warm towel and gently pat all over until dry
10) Take tub of Lush Dream Cream, and use liberally all over body. It will melt in as you are still quite red at this point.

You can hear it dribbling out slowly when you're in it, and by the time you've finished, the water is about half as high as when you started.
It's a two inch plug, because our bath is the original one in the house (1904) and they don't make two inch bath plugs any more (well, we can't find any anywhere!!!)

They're not infalliable - takes a certain volume of water to hold it still - but may well work better than the one you have
