How the **** are you supposed to describe a trifle/yorkshire pudding/christmas pudding and loads of other random foo (like toad in the hole) in French?! I wouldn't even know how to describe half of them in English!!

Roughly translated (and
do check my french) a traditional English dessert with layers of light vanilla cake, fruit jelly with pieces of fruit (your choice), custard and finally, whipped cream.
Decorated with glace cherries, almonds, chocolate chips - it's up to you!
