Absolutely knackered! I've been playing netball. We won, and we were playing the team at the top of the league!!

How are you Soph?
Welldone

I am feeling physically and mentally drained, have one of the toughest decisions to make, and dont know how to make it.

About music at school?
Yes

I dont want to give up, I just feel that is best for everyone.
If you don't want to give up then don't! Why would it be best for everyone? Do you mean the other people in your class? If you do, you have as much right to be there as they do, you just need to have more self confidence! You're an amazing clarinet player!
I am not good enough. I am trying, and I am putting the work in. The music department doesnt need someone like me. I dont know what to do.

Not bad thank you! I've been playing piano and singing. Then sorted out my new mobile. I thought it was broken as I took a photo of my cat in the armchair and wondered why I couldn't see it....it's a black cat on black leather!!!

Thick or what?
Any tea in the pot, please? Glad you won your netball game!

Fancy a new job up in the
cold, wet beatiful North, DC?

What sort of thing is DC looking for as Cambridge has plenty of employment oppourtunities and there good stuff around Newmarket, but the cost of living is similar to Kent.
Morning Flossy, Tea?

That'd be lovely, thanks JO.

It's nice to have you back with us at last, I wondered how you were getting on.
Improving all the time. I still have a headache, but it is much more managable. I'm seeing my GP today to discuss yesterday's hospital appointment and I'm walking there! Yesterday's hospital appointement made me feel much more positive. I'm teaching this afternoon as normal. I didn't have a fit yesterday. I gave Phil a rather truncated lesson yesterday, yet it was very productive.
Just got to make sure I don't try to run before I can walk.
I'm sure I'm consuming far too much nicotine gum, but in the scheme of things thats the least of my worries. It leaves me pain free, or at least reduces the pain to something I can cope with.

Glad you had a good time! I've got a quiet day today. Will be ambling out a bit later to see Cyrilla for a Kodaly lesson.
Barry as you were reminiscing about Channel 4 you made me feel positively ancient. I was at secondary school when it started not primary school!

A bit of "something" for you then noodle?!

Enjoy!
24th on hold at the moment. It's the afternoon of my music lesson. I'll be seeing my tutor tomorrow. If my singing exam date has not come through yet, then I'll say yes to 24th. If my exam is close to the 24th, then I'd better have my lesson as planned. Unless he can re-arrange my lesson for the week before, in that case, the 24th will be a definite yes!!!

In othere words, as soon as I know, I'll let you know!
OK?

Hi noodle! How's things? Any improvement?
Vaguely more human. I've taken my tablets and they've helped. Think the whole thing was brought on by trying to walk too fast to the doctors and not taking the next dose of pain killers before I saw him.
How is the cat Noodle - from one concerned cat lover.

Hello
I've got to start teaching at 4pm.
Next lot of tablets are due at 5pm and I must take them then.
I'm feeling OK at present but that's thanks to the NRT. I've only chewed three pieces of nicotine gum today on top of the slightly lower strength patches, but they're the only way of managing the break through pain.
If it wasnt for the NRT I'd have suddenly turned from an ex smoker into a 30-40 a day smoker which would ruin my voice without the health implications too.
just heard that 5pm pupil has cancelled so no trouble with meds!
