I notice you're a clarinettist so I'm hoping that it's not an arrangement for clarinet as I answer you.

All I would say is to know your scales and make sure that your hands are absolutely together. The timing is critical. Don't hold those chords in the left hand on for too long - but don't make them too short either! The scale runs have to be evenly weighted so start slowly and work up.
