I'm retiring while the going's good. The only other violinist I can think of is Kya-Wan Chung and we passed her ages ago. (And I'm not sure I've got her name right either - I've got an alto saxophone blasting in my ear and it stops all cognitive processes.)

I can think of two violists.
Ozcan Ulucan and Ula Ulijona (counts double!)

...I bet they started on violin, or at least have had a go on a violin at some point.
