A lot of Carling Cup matches on tonight - both of my top teams (Orient and Reading) travel to South Wales to face Cardiff and Swansea respectively. Cardiff are going to give debuts to Fowler and Hasselbaink, and Swansea won on Saturday, which is not good. But hopefully both teams will leave South Wales with a place in the 3rd round

Leicester travel to old rivals Nottingham Forest and Stockport visit Charlton in the late kick-off.
