Premier League1. Chelsea, 2. Man Utd, 3. Liverpool, 4. Arsenal
18. West Brom, 19. Stoke City, 20. Hull City
ChampionshipPromotion: QPR, Reading (

), Crystal Palace
Relegation: Blackpool, Coventry, Sheffield Wednesday
I reckon Leicester and Leeds will go up, along with Tranmere.
As for Leyton Orient, I think they'll finish around 19th

And as for Lewes, I think they'll survive in their first season in the BSP, I hope! I reckon Torquay and Oxford will go up and Altrincham, Northwich, Weymouth and Kettering will go down.
And I predict Luton will survive relegation from the Football League...
only joking
Let's see how I did this time round...
Premier League Top 4 - correct but not perfect except for Arsenal
Premier League relegation - 1/3
Championship - utterly wrong

League One promotion - got Leicester right
Leyton Orient - wrong: they finished 14th for the second season in succession
Luton - no prizes for guessing that one correctly

Lewes - completely wrong

BSP promotion - got Torquay right
BSP relegation - got 2/4 (Northwich, Weymouth)
Now, for 2009/10, I won't predict all of them yet for definite, but for now I'll go for:
Premier League1. Man Utd, 2. Liverpool, 3. Arsenal, 4. Chelsea
18. Birmingham, 19. Wolves, 20. Hull
I believe Burnley have a good chance of staying up, it's just a case of them doing a Stoke next season and not a Hull. They've proven in the Cups that they can compete and beat top flight sides and from what I've seen they're a good side.
As with the Championship promotion/relegation issues yet, I think the chances of Middlesbrough and Newcastle bouncing straight back up will depend on how many of their players stay at their respective clubs. I'm tempted to say West Brom have the best chance out of the three relegated teams to bounce back up as they're used to having short stints in both leagues, with the two Welsh clubs, Sheff Utd and Preston being right up there as well. So I reckon:
ChampionshipPromotion: West Brom, Sheff Utd, Cardiff
Relegation: Doncaster, Barnsley, Scunthorpe
Although I may change my mind later on depending on Middlesbrough and Newcastle. I'm not convinced at the moment Reading will go up next season.
I reckon Charlton will bounce straight back up (I'm only saying that seeing as I got Leicester right this season

).
Leyton Orient will finish 19th next season

Lewes - anyone's guess...
