He has been a disappointment though, so far...Yes he has, but I was less keen than you about his appointment in the first place - so he's perhaps not been as much of a disappointment to me because I wasn't sure about him from the start...

I'm not sure how much you need to worry about Swindon though. They may well fade before the end of the season. I'd be more worried about Leeds and Millwall, and Leeds are losing to Swindon, and Millwall only got 1 point instead of 3.
