Is he related to the Nikolay Rubinstein who became a huge fan of Tchaikovsky piano concerto no.1 after originally slating it?

Nikolay Rubinstein was the brother of Anton Rubinstein (1829-1894), the pianist and composer. Nikolay set up a conservatoire in moscow.
Artur Rubinstein wasn't born until 1887 and as far as i know is completely unrelated to the two brothers. artur rubinstein was polish while the rubinstein brothers were (to my memory) russian.
the only sheet music i have to anton rubinstein is one "Melody in F".
artur rubinstein never composed or taught, but he was a very famous concert pianist for almost all his life. listen to some of his recordings- i'd recommend him

Mostly people on this thread seem to be listing composers,
Surely this thread is about musicians ie people who actually play the music.
There can't really be anyone on this forum that has heard Beethoven, Chopin and Debussy actually play an instrument ?
