I'm thinking of taking an exam with the associated board @ christmas. It would be on sax - how much do exams of different levels cost to take?? I looked on the website, but can't find a list - do any of you know - i don't know what garde I may take yet!!

i think grade 8 is £55 and grade 1 £24

Hey, well the costs get higher, as the grades get higher, so grade one is something like 24 pounds, I think grade 4 is 30 something... grade 8 is 55 pounds or something like that anyway, I'm not sure if they are the exact prices but it goes up like that basically! Hope I helped! Love Allie xoxox

Is grade 8 only £55 my friend's older brother took his grade 8 trombone and it cost him about £80 and it cost him another £80 to get all the music!

hehe the next exam im taking (VCM) is going to cost a fortune....on the 2004 price list it was about £100, and im not going to be taking it till probs 2007 ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
someone said the FRSM was £500!!!! its a shame exams cost quite so much - puts more pressure on you not to fail!
