That's one way I use to know if I'm getting on all right... when my teacher starts to be REALLY picky.

Now yes that's true!! I tutor OU students and even if they get 90 odd % in assignments I need to be able to say where the other few marks were. At these times I get picky, and I tell them that too.

Oh dear, doesn't sound good. Is it a formal meeting or just with parents or something? Sorry, that was a bit nosy, you don't have to reply...

Well maybe not so bad, in that it should have happened ages ago and may just clear the air if it happens. You're not being nosy ... it's not parents (as least it is a parent but not of someone I teach if you see what I mean - it's not to do with my proficiency as a teacher).

It's complicated - I'll pm you if you like.
