You could always PM his new identity instead...

... or his OTHER new identity ....

Methinks Chopin / Pianistversion2/ polonaise would do better to spend his time PRACTISING all these instruments he's supposed to play. Sigh.

Is that true?? there are now 3 new identities for the Dark Lord??!! this is getting funny! I did indeed just try PMing PV2 but it was full. Mind you, Im beginning to get confused with all the threads im looking at - they all seem to be about GCBS - he must be the most popular topic at the mo!

PS thanks - i like kittens as you can see!

Polonaises is his new identity; the other two are out of service. I, and several other people, have resolved to give him another chance. It was suggested that if he wanted to get away from all the past incidents that he create a new user, let us know that it's him and turn over a new leaf.

Obviously, if you still object, there's the Ignore User function, but I for one am giving him a final chance and so far, if I do say so, things have gone reasonably well smile.gif Obviously, if half of us still hastle him he'll get defensive again and things may well go back to the way they were, but I really don't want that to happen sad.gif

The Nocturnes are the absolute pinnacle of expressive piano music. All those listed are great, though I'm not so much a fan of No. 6 or (forgive me) 20. By far the most underrated (and not listed here), in my opinion, is Op. 9 no. 3 in B--well worth the effort to learn. Also, Nos. 18 and 12 can be particularly profound, though I haven't been able to learn them yet.

And how. Piano music doesn't get more expressive.

Not many like all of them. You do not need to apologise for stating preferences.

Give it time and you will learn them. You will love them.
