Has anyone played this wonderful piece? My piano teacher tells me it was in the 2003/04 Grade 6 syllabus (AB).

I can play it, I am just about to move onto the dynamics and phrasing etc, but am having a problem with the left hand part in bar 5 (the bit that is repeated from the right hand bar 4). I just cannot seem to get my fingers around it. And the strange thing is, when it modulates and is in another section just in a different key, I can play it fine!

i've played this as a sightreading test not too long ago actually, my only advice is practise practise practise

Quite a good piece. I know about 5 people (apart from me ) who did grade 6 that year and im the ONLY person i know who didnt do allegro (i did andante amoroso, mozart). This piece is one of those where its really easy to learn but hard to perfect...i think the key is to not play it too fast before you know it well enough to be able to...i think that made sense.

Sorry, but this amused me a bit...
You can play it... except the phrashing and dynamics are not right... oh, and some of the notes are not secure either...

does anyone know where i can find midi/mp3 of this? or sheet music, but i would prefer both, if thats no trouble, hehe, ive searched but cannot find it.

I apologise. I should have written ... I can get through it and play the notes in the right timing and rhythm and at the correct speed.

And all the notes are secure apart from one bar. (which, incidentally, I can play now).
