If Purple, Green and Orange are children, who are each of their parents, and how are the children related? blink.gif
maggiemay
Red and blue produced purple,
Yellow and blue produced green,
Yellow and red produced orange,

??? something like that ?
so the offspring are half-brothers and sisters?

Here we go with the answer

Answer To Brain Teaser:

Purple's parents are Blue and Red.
Green's parents are Blue and Yellow.
Orange's parents are Red and Yellow.

The parents are the primary colours that make up the secondary colours.

The children are all half-brothers and half-sisters, because they share one parent with the others.
Trebor
THAT'S IT

We had that

Oh bad luck! Can you make some hot honey and lemon?

Actually it's a lousy day out - at least you're home and dry and not stuck inside on a blazing hot day! If you have to be off you picked the right day.
