If Purple, Green and Orange are children, who are each of their parents, and how are the children related?
maggiemay
Aug 19 2005, 12:28 PM
Red and blue produced purple,
Yellow and blue produced green,
Yellow and red produced orange,
??? something like that ?
so the offspring are half-brothers and sisters?

Here we go with the answer
Answer To Brain Teaser:
Purple's parents are Blue and Red.
Green's parents are Blue and Yellow.
Orange's parents are Red and Yellow.
The parents are the primary colours that make up the secondary colours.
The children are all half-brothers and half-sisters, because they share one parent with the others.
