There's the Irish Recorder and Viol course held at An Grianan, Termonfechin, which is held in the third week in August - contact details can be found on the Society of Recorder Playerswebsite. It's a very good course, but is always heavily over-subscribed, and there's no guarantee you'll get on it even if you return your application asap.

There's Summer Music on the Shannon held in Limerick, but that's generally for younger players. There's the Irish Youth Wind Ensemble - audition based however. National Youth Symphony Orch of Ireland / National Youth Orch of Ireland - audition based however both do accept non-irish players at times for example there was a Scottish oboeist playing with us in the national youth symph this year.

Can't recall any others, but I'll ask around, its possibly RIAM do some.
