It's a bit more tricky.
The first thing to bear in mind is that if you're dancing energetically you just plain won't have enough puff to sing too!
But most song-and-dance routines have gentle movement while you're singing, and more energetic dance afterwards. The challenge is not to be so out of breath after the dancing that you can't sing again when you have to.
I'm assuming that you won't be singing solo, so don't worry too much about the breathing in the singing, just relax and enjoy the whole thing.
Good luck, have fun!
Cheers

Ok, I'll try to relax. There is 11 weeks until the show and the first meeting was today. I'll have to start practising...

If its all chorous singing, then learn the dance, and mime the singing!!!

I really don't feel comfortable doing either in public but I guess that is what I'd do!
I don't like either but I will have ago and hopefully It'll improve my singing...and...dancing

Yes, worry about the dancing first - at least you're not singing on your own, so if you can get the dance steps right you've got 90% of how silly or not you're going to look sorted, and then if you can manage to sing as well it's a bonus!
*remembers a barn dance where something like that happened. Step step stomp stomp* hehehehehehehe
