hello, do any of u know a good, different song for piano,. Ive explored classical, baroque, pop, slow classical (liszt, chopin), fast (rimsky, and so on), playful childish music (debussy), and now ive run out.
Does anyone have anything fresh and maybe something that they are surprised that ive missed it seeing as thought its such a good song?

Do you know the Clementi sonatinas? They're about grades 4-6 I should imagine. Very pretty, light, classical piano pieces. smile.gif Not really sure exactly what you're looking for but I definitely enjoy these.

I love that piece, but isn't it more grade 8+ than grade 5?? Forgive me if I'm wrong because I've never seen the actual music, but it sounds really difficult...

La Campanella is on the LRSM syllabus; I'd aim for something a bit lower first wink.gif

The James Hook sonatinas are pretty pleasant, I think they're roughly G5-6

Scott Joplin is a bit different to most (I'm not sure if they're the right level but his more popular works seem to have many differently graded versions around.

Chis Norton's preludes are also around G5-6 I think.
