Gday.
The best books I can recommend for a small jazz combo would be the "Play Along Series" published by Hal Leonard. Try this
link/These books are fantastic.
They containe C, B flat, E flat and C bass scores. I have the Duke Ellington one which has "It dont mean a thing..." in it. So this one could be what you are looking for. As for "In The Mood" the Big Band Era one should do the trick.
What I love about these books is that they come with a CD so you can practise improvisation. Very useful. Each song has two tracks. For example, for It dont mean a thing: track one is all four instruments(sax, piano, bass, drums) and track two is just drums, bass and piano.
You can also fade out certain instruments on the first track(say only have drums and melody, no piano and bass)
Hope this has been helpful.
