Here it is:

Although '34Skidoo' is a jazz waltz, it has been common practice to perform
it alternating between 3 and 4 time - hence the title '34Skidoo'. This is
reflected in the Board's recording of the piece, where the solos section is
performed in 4 as opposed to 3. Candidates are free to present this section
in either 3 or 4 time in their exam.
