WELL AM THE NEW GUY AND I'VE BEEN PLAYIN NAH FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS IVE NEVER TAKEN THIS EXAM B4 AM ABOUT TO AND I WANTED KNO IF THERE WAS A WAY TO SKIP A GRADE OR IS IT RECOMMENDED TO START FROM GRADE 1

You don't have to take all grades.
you can skip if you want to and take your first exam at any level.
It may be a good idea (depending on your level of confidence in performing)
to take an exam at a level which is a little below your actual level.
This way you are playing comfortably within your range and can enjoy the experience more... which will come across in your performance on the day.

It is perfectly OK to skip a grade, and you can start from any grade you want, but sometimes it helps to gain knowledge and experience of the exams (I know it did with me). Depends on the person really tho.
