Hello Everyone

For some time I have been trying to locate the music score arrangement for "The Lord's Prayer" (not the Malotte version). This arrangement would have been composed prior to 1984. From what I remember the arrangement was in the key of D major. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the composer.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in locating the above arrangement.

Thanks!!

I've got a few versions lurking around at home - the one by Robert Stone is by far the most frequently performed in my experience, although it does tend to get transposed into whatever key suits the responses best. PM me if you want any more info - I'll probably need a few more details to be able to identify the piece, and it could turn into a proper 'choral trainspotting' discussion which would be very dull for everyone else!

Is it the one which is in the Combines Mission Praise?
That is the version we use when we sing it (and did before it was in there though one copy I have is Db).
Music by Joseph Lees.

Yes, there is a Joseph Lees version in D major which I have been singing and playing for over 10 years! It can be found in Mission Praise.

Which version is it? Is it the one which starts DD D G FsharpE E D ABCsharpD D Csharp?
Musictuary
From what I can recall, the introduction begins with the following notes: D D A E F# D C# F# E F# C# - D D A E F# D C#. No words are sung here. After playing the above note sequence, the words follow (beginning on F# I think) - Our fat -her who art, who art in hea - ven, hal-lowed be thy name, etc.

Thanks for your replies so far.
