A BBb bass is an octave below the ordinary Bb tuba. A BBBb double bass is 2 octaves below this, so I would reckon that the subcontrabass in your piccie is pitched at about EEEb! It's so confusing!!!

I think the new version of hotmail you can do this I think. It transfers them over for you. But. I'll go and double check.
